| A: | No, as long as the product is kept in a cool dry environment. |
| Q: | Why did mold develop on the product this time after having used it a while? |
| A: | IMPORTANT! Because this is a natural product without preservatives, any moisture or drop of water allowed to enter the jar will cause mold. Simply scrape it off the surface and continue using. The mold in no way affects the quality of the product, only its appearance. |
| Q: | Why is the color different than the last jar? |
| A: | Because this is a natural and handmade product, the consistency in color and texture can vary from batch to batch. Here again, this in no way affects the quality of the product. |
